The Challenge

A number of factors have made it necessary for Real Estate professionals to have a fundamental understanding of the technology relevant to the business of real estate. The internet now provides prospective buyers and sellers a plethora of information regarding properties currently listed, recently sold, etc. Customers and clients have the means to do considerable web-based research on their own before consulting a real estate professional. Agents must, therefore, be able to offer their clients something more in terms of service and information than that which is already available to the general public. Property presentation, value analysis, organizing customer showings, effective contact management, strong listing aids are just a few aspects of real estate to which technology can be applied. Agents that are able to utilize technology and apply it in the field, have a considerable advantage over those that don’t. Furthermore, in our view, the adoption of technology for the unique needs of the agent has not been adequately addressed. 

 

Our Response

RepTech employs a totally new approach to real estate technology needs. We provide products that fill a unique niche and do so in a very cost effective manner. In addition, all of our products are supported by on-line videos and webinars which give detailed instruction in how the products may be used and how creative agents are finding success with the products. RepTech products zero in on real estate needs and opportunities and identify the right combination of software and process technologies to meet those needs.

Our History

The company was founded by Gene Rohr. Gene is a CPA and for over 30 years held various management positions for a major NYC public accounting firm, including. He is also a Realtor(R) as well as a New York State approved Real Estate instructor, a Certified Technical Trainer, a Certified Digital Designer and a Microsoft Partner. He has been involved in training & product development for years, having developed numerous products and training courses covering a multitude of critical business topics including marketing, digital imaging, communications, and the uses of technology in business.
